A request for public hearing notice was open through June 17, 2009. There were no requests to conduct a public hearing. Therefore, the tentatively scheduled public hearing for 2pm on Monday, June 22, 2009, at the Asheville-Buncombe Technical Community College, Enka Campus was cancelled. A cancellation notice was also posted on the NCDAQ web site Events Calendar, http://www.ncair.org/calendar/.

The comment period was open until July 1, 2009.
